Returns/Exchanges : All sales are final, no returns or exchanges ON ANY ORDERS.

•  ALL customized orders are made when order is placed and can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to be made. Regular shipping timeframe is 7 to 10 business days after order is customized/processed.
• How can we contact customer service?   For any questions, concerns, or comments please use Contact form on website.
• My order says it was delivered but it is not here, why?  If this situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information. Once we drop packages off at the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
